Before establishing Gibson Elite Solutions, he built extensive experience working with RH, traveling internationally and supporting the opening of more than 70 stores worldwide — experience that shaped his understanding of security, professionalism, customer service, and operations.
Raised by a single mother, Kaison learned early the importance of hard work, responsibility, perseverance, and doing things the right way — lessons that became the foundation for the principles he carries into his professional life and the standards he expects from his team. He describes himself as professional, energetic, and a true people person, and believes great security is about building trust and treating people with respect, not just protecting a property.

In addition to his security experience, Omar brings a diverse skill set, including OSHA and ATSSA Flagger certifications, union labor, and maintenance experience.
